Einstein did not want to be successful – he wanted to be a man of value. Today the person is considered successful in our day who gets more out of life than he puts in. But a man of value will give more than he receives.
I work at the intersection of tech, growth, and product, focused on using technology as a lever to create meaningful impact. My journey through startups in San Francisco, Berlin, Lisbon, and across Europe has shown me how strongly technology influences the way we live and work when it’s used with intention.
I believe Europe needs stronger economic foundations to remain sovereign and competitive, and that this strength will come from developing world-class technology shaped by European values. Much of my work centers on this perspective—helping teams grow, teaching AI, and learning from founders and operators across different cultures and markets.
I write to document what I learn along the way: reflections on work, identity, responsible innovation, and navigating ambition without losing yourself. I don’t have the answers, but I share my experiences openly in the hope that they help others think more clearly about how we can build a future worth aiming for.
